The products which we sell on our website is the best that customer can get at this price. Southsarees will continue to work towards customer’s interest & works hard in satisfying our customer needs with our friendly customer services. Our return policy is also made by keeping such points in mind and hence we say that we have a easy & flexible return policy. To ensure this, we designed or streamlined our return process which is as mentioned below:

What is South Sarees Return Policy?
Our 100% customer protection allows returns and refunds for:
• Products which you received in “Damaged/Defective/Broken” Condition
• Product which you may not like for quality, color or design related issues.
• Wrong product received.

All products must be returned in their original condition along with the labels. Please follow the below given steps to raise your return query within 3 days of order delivery. Disputes registered after 3 days of delivery may not be entertained by our customer support team.


What is the process of return?
If you want to return product to us, then kindly raise your return query on our mail id: info.southsaree@gmail.com with images of broken/defective/damaged products within 3 days of delivery. Additionally, we also need photos of the damaged/defective/different products received so that our customer support team can check your case and help you with return process. Please mention your order number in the email.
We kindly request to allow our customer service team at least 24-48 hours to check and sent you return process on your mail id.
While returning our product to us, you will be compensated for return courier charges and for other cases you have to bear the courier charges. Kindly pack the return product well when you are returning the product so that it reaches to us in good condition.


Following return conditions which you need to follow while returning product

1. It is compulsory to being in touch with our customer care team through customer care mail id, if you want to return product. We will not accept returns which are directly sent back to our warehouse without contacting our customer support team.
2. South sarees doesn’t provide reverse pickup facility. In this case, customer must have to self-courier the product to our warehouse address after receiving returning instructions on mail from our customer care team.
3. Returns are not accepted which are sold during promotional offers..
4. Products which you want to return must be in unused condition with original packing. Before returning/exchanging the items, please make sure that products are returned with the original condition and packaging intact, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Refund will only be issued only after through a quality check of the product.

Once we receive the package to our warehouse. We’ll issue a refund to your southsarees wallet and that can be used on your next purchase. A nominal fee will be deducted in case of customer return. Once a refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation mail or SMS.


NOTE :We never ask anyone about any CREDIT/DEBIT Card details or OTP during returns.So don’t provide such details if someone contacts you by the name of "SouthSarees". Any query or issue will handled by our customer care team through e-mail only.
